PVC

PVC - now available UV stabilised is a non-corrosive chemical resistant material, which is impervious to water and has excellent insulating properties.

Ideal for electrical switchboard covers, plumbing fittings, laboratory sinks/troughs, grease arrestors, acid neutraliser tanks, fume ducting, battery trays and photographic chemical dipping troughs.

Flexible PVC Film

PVC blinds offer excellent optical clarity for safe two way traffic and can be adapted as a fixed hinge door or applied in strip form over doorways.

The flexible material absorbs impact during opening/closing and is well suited to the food/retail markets, shopping centres, hotels, hospitals, boats etc.

PVC Celuka Foam Board

An ideal material to replace some timbers, Celuka board has a 3mm external skin over a solid foam core and is extremely light weight, water resistant, has low thermal conductivity and is widely used in the graphics and building industry. Sheets are available in 10-25mm thick in white only but may be painted to match internal/external colour schemes.

The smooth, silk gloss finish is ideal for printing and photographic mounting and is very workable. Applications include advertising/display signage, interior fit outs to caravan, boats, ablution partitioning, bulletin boards and cool rooms.

PVC Foamex/Forex

A rigid compressed foam PVC sheet offering endless applications in a semi textured satin/gloss surface. Available in several bright colours, PVC foam is ideal to silk screen, airbrush, hand paint or apply vinyl graphics.

For internal applications only the material is fire retardant, light weight, water resistant and is very workable. Suitable for display boards, signage, merchandising or portable display stands.

PVC Tube

A clear non toxic, flame retardant and chemical resistant tube is ideal for sight glass applications or viewing containment fittings carrying liquids or fine solids. The PVC tube is pressure rated to Class 12 (120psi) and can be manufactured into a customised fitting and adapted to machinery. Applications include bakery, brewery, electro plating, aquaculture, agriculture, dairy, food processing industries and more.

Display Components

Numerous designs of aluminium fittings can be attached to stainless steel rod or stainless steel wire offering a unique open presentation to suspend posters, signage or shelving from ceiling to floor. Wall applications are also available.

Hinges & Fasteners

Have trouble drilling Acrylic, NTAP offer a selection of specially shaped drill bits and cutting blades and to finish off your product, a range of clear hinges, pins, handles and haspen staples.

Cleaners & Polishes

For removal of fine scratches, blemishes or to improve the lustre of the sheet, various products can be obtained in large or small containers.

Adhesives

A selection of glues in spray, liquid or paste form is suitable to bond most plastic materials. Adhesives can be obtained in clear, white or black. Recommended adhesives only for attaching acrylic mirror or marine glazing.

Brochure Pockets

Made to order brochure or display products to suit any size of books or advertising materials. For free standing, wall mounted, multi or single pocket applications. NTAP are also the NT agents for Taymar.

Plastic Caps

A selection of plastic caps, base inserts, castors, rubber feet and buffers, adjustable levelling feet to suit round, square or rectangular steel and aluminium R.H.S tubing.

Repairs

With an extensive range of welding accessories, NTAP can identify numerous plastic materials and repair where necessary. A revolutionary cross linked PVC/Acrylic alloy, Kydex can tackle extreme conditions. Its combined impact strength, dimensional stability and abrasion resistance has proven successfully in wall protective coverings, instrument panels, moulded door/window trims, bulk head panels and many other applications.

Kydex 120,150 is fire retardant in compliance with article 15 Part 1120 of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.

Flame spread ASTME-84, Smoke spread ASTME-84. Sheets are available in many colours, textures and thicknesses.

Recycled Plastic Sheets - "Foamlite"

Flat panels made from recycled plastic waste offers a large number of diverse end-use applications.

The panels can be drilled, nailed and sawn with standard wood working tools. Material is available in sheet sizes 1220x2440 10mm – 20mm in black only.

The material is UV stabilised, will not swell or rot and is ideal for animal enclosure linings, wet area joinery, precast concrete products, bases and backs of boat seats and flooring, concrete formwork, marina walkways, instrument cases and road side noise barriers.

Ultem

Ultem 1668A sheet is an extruded polyetherimide material used by the commercial aircraft, trains, boat and vehicles for interior applications and meets the OSU heat release rate below 65/65 as well as FAA NBS smoke and flammability testing criteria. ASTME162 - Flame spread index ASTME662 Smoke Density. Ultem may be thermoformed, pressure formed or used in flat or cold formed applications, the material is light weight, chemical and stain resistant therefore ideal against vandalism. Ultem is repairable, available in many colours and textures and offers impact resistance with inherent flame resistance and low smoke evolution. Applications: Side wall and ceiling panels, cab consoles, instrument panels, door and window trims.  Technical compliances upon request.
