  HDPE

HDPE (High Density Polyethelene) is a ridged high tensile strength sheet. The material is sturdy and resists vigorous handling, stabilised against ultraviolet light, is resistant to both hot and cold extremes and is used in the mining, oil/gas, agriculture, marine, chemical storage and food industries. Items can be custom manufactured to suit any application.

Applications include machinery housing/guards, potable water tanks, chemical tanks, grey water tanks and mooring buoys.

  HDPE Liners

Available in a choice of materials and thicknesses plastic liners allow to contain water, black water or chemicals without affecting the environment. Applications include sewerage pond systems, fuel farm spillage control, dam, leach pad, ornamental ponds, aquaculture dams, etc.

  HMW/UHMWPE

UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is used throughout a wide range of industries to help machinery performance and operations.  The material is impact, chemical and abrasion resistant lending its use to fender applications, machinery/equipment protective wear liners, engineering bushes and sleeves as well as the food industry.

  Polypropylene

In relation to HDPE the different molecular structures of PP produces an even greater hardness.  This allows the sheet to operate in extremely harsh chemical and high temperature conditions.  Excellent in areas where corrosive chemicals are used.  Industries include the mining, laboratory, automotive, galvanising, electro plating and educational facilities.

  Polypropylene Stretchback

Polypropylene sheet with a stretch film backing designed to create a medium to which substrates can be adhered.  A product is fabricated with the backing to the external side to bond to metal, F.R.P laminate or concrete structures.  The dual laminate provides the chemical resistance and structural properties to meet the most difficult application.

  Flame Retardant Polypropylene

Available in a white sheet used in the construction and fabrication of laboratory work stations, fume cupboards, acid tanks and dust extraction ducting.  Flame retardant PP meets the thermal class DIN4102B1 for low ignitability, spread of flame, heat and smoke emission.
